THIS CLIENT OF OURS WERE TRYING TO SELL THEIR HOUSE FOR ALMOST 9 MONTHS! WHEN THEIR KEYS TO THEIR NEW EC ARRIVED, PANIC SETS IN. READ ON TO FIND OUT HOW WE MANAGED TO SELL THE HOUSE AND NOW THEY LIVE HAPPILY EVER AFTER
One of the first thing we realised when we met up with the client is that the lease of their flat is reaching 60 years and that they’re pricing themselves out of the market.
We also quickly realised that some of the agents are giving wrong information to the buyers regarding the use of CPF for houses reaching below 60 years.
The condition of the house looks pretty decent without much build in feature or cabinets. However, their floor level is low, facing the bus stop and a basketball court. After a heart to heart talk, hearing their rightfully concerns and worries (Their EC keys are here!), we set upon a timeline for their selling.
After explaining to our client on the marketing plans that we will embarked on, we immediately start work on mainly #photography, #videography, #socialmediamarketing, #rightpricing. We also tailored-made flyers meant just for their house to distribute around the area.
We knew a house that’s on the market for 9 months won’t fly off the shelf. But what’s important is that our client and us are all on the same page and we communicate with each other regularly, providing updates and asking buyers for feedback.
After 3 months of solid work and marketing, we sold their house at a very good price and we feel so happy to have a fairytale ending.
