We decided to engage Allen & Janet after seeing their ads on Facebook and we are so glad that we did!

 

There were of course some reservations at first during our first meetup thinking they were just another agent.

 

But they turned out to be different from what we were expecting.

We have worked with them for the past 1 year from selling our flat to the buying of our next property, they were there every step of the way to guide us and gave us very important advice for our new purchase – which helped us AVOIDED all the potential mistakes & pitfalls.

 

What we really like about them is that they are not afraid to tell us ‘No’ and stop us when we are not making sound decisions.

We have never regretted our decisions to have them in our entire property journey.

It was a very pleasant journey with both of them. We felt that throughout we can trust them completely, we could listen to their advice which are always backed up with facts and data, they are not the type who gives speculative opinions just to appease their clients.
